DESIGN BEFORE GENERATION.
Your character should remain recognisable as the camera, lighting and action change. We develop the anatomy, silhouette and costume before generation, giving you a design to review and the production a clear visual target. The workflow below shows how we build that foundation.
OUR 3D → AI WORKFLOW
Design it once. Direct it across every shot.
We begin with blocking in ZBrush, then model props in Maya or 3ds Max. Only when the project needs it do we create textures in Substance Painter. The model becomes a reference for detailed, adaptable character sheets, and can also support spatial animatics to guide positioning and action.
For you, this means clearer control before generation: Seedance 2.5 and MiniMax H3 receive a stronger visual and spatial brief, helping us aim for a coherent first result and reduce avoidable iterations.

Editing, colour and sound connect individual shots to the story. We can deliver a complete production and transferable project sources in CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro, according to the agreed workflow.

Produce in 720p to optimise the budget, or choose 1080p native. Our local GPU pipeline upscales the delivery to 4K at 60 fps.
A COMPLETE SOUND WORLD
AI-generated sound is included in the base production. When your project needs more polished performances or a more controlled soundscape, our specialist freelancers can create professional voice-over, dubbing and sound effects for an additional €100 per minute.

The next milestone is to grow a committed community and a strong enough body of content to support launch financing. We want to explore a model in which creators can earn from their own productions, with distribution and revenue terms developed together as the project takes shape.
We’re building the community and catalogue first. Financing and launching the streaming platform are the next milestones.
Industry context: the OTT figures cover the wider online video market, not the AI-film niche. Netflix’s operating margin is a mature-company benchmark, not an EDNA result or forecast.

Our investment thesis starts with the cost of building a distinctive catalogue. Reusable 3D assets and AI-assisted production can let a small team develop more original stories with the same resources. A future streaming service could combine subscriptions, advertising and licensing, while sharing value with creators.
Healthy margins will depend on production costs, creator royalties, audience acquisition, retention and delivery costs. We want to work with partners to test those economics against a focused launch catalogue and an engaged community.
